This may not come as a shock to anyone of the Big Blue Nation, because they are probably apart of the following. Kentucky head coach John Calipari has been ranked No.1 coach in America by Sporting News because of his Twitter account. The social media platform has grown to be a springboard for all the latest breaking news, entertainment and sports. College coaches and athletes are turned into instant celebrities as eager fans await a glimpse into their everyday lives. According to SportingNews, Calipari has the biggest and best Twitter account among college basketball coaches in the nation. Here is what they say about the leader of the #BBN:   1.2 million people cannot go wrong, and neither can John Calipari. The guy has been on a roll since arriving in Lexington. With the exception of last season, Calipari has had the Wildcats playing on the highest level. One Elite Eight appearance, two Final Four’s, and a National Title in his first five seasons are pretty remarkable. Add this No.1 ranking to the long list of things John Calipari makes No.1. Whether it’s his team, his recruiting classes, his tournament seeds, or his Twitter following, they are always No.1
