The Kelvin Sampson era will likely end tomorrow, once Indiana University ends its 7-day investigation into the NCAA infractions committed by their coach. Fox News is reporting that IU will dismiss the former Oklahoma coach after his most recent run-in with the NCAA infractions committee, and it is just really disappointing for both sides. IU has been reinvigorated for the first time since the early 2000's and that was only a one year thing; this is a program of great history that has been toiling in the land of obscurity for some time until the Eric Gordon and DJ White team this season has been ranked. Sampson really botched this one for himself and the entire IU faithful.
