TEAMS:
Former Kentucky Wildcats quarterback Jared Lorenzen sent out a tweet with a picture of this shirt earlier this morning.  Lorenzen was known for his massive size and Wildcats fans even created a Heisman campaign behind it.  He ended up breaking all of Tim Couch’s career records at Kentucky and won a Super Bowl Ring with the New York Giants as a backup quarterback in Super Bowl XLII.  Lorenzen has since been retired but his Wildcat pride still shows.  Kentucky fans will love this shirt and will be happy to tell Louisville Cardinals fans about how many championships they have won when the Cardinals try to talk trash about this year. Haha. All my UK fans will love this!!! twitter.com/JaredLorenzen2… — jared lorenzen (@JaredLorenzen22) April 11, 2013

Pitino reveals what tattoo will look like

Louisville head coach Rick Pitino promised his players that he would get a tattoo if the team won the national championship, and he has revealed what it will be.

Peyton Siva, Jenna Shea And “Ho Bidness”

First off, congratulations to the Louisville men’s team for winning a very entertaining men’s championship game. I don’t watch much college basketball and I didn’t have high hopes for the championship either. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of hooping I watched on television and even found myself rooting a bit for the Cardinals [...]The post Peyton Siva, Jenna Shea...

Rick Pitino Will Earn An Extra $425,000 For Winning Championship

According to Curtis Eichelberger of Bloomberg.com, Rick Pitino will receive a $425,000 bonus for winning the 2013 National Championship. Pitino was already set to make $5.7 million this year, making him the highest paid coach in college basketball. It’s hard to argue that Pitino isn’t worth every penny, considering the Louisville basketball program brings in more than any other...

Gorgui Dieng, Russ Smith will have the last word

Who to believe? Russ Smith, who says he is undecided about whether he will enter the NBA draft? His dad who says Russ is gone? Or Rick Pitino who says it is 50-50 whether Smith will return to play basketball at the University of Louisville next season? Gorgui Dieng, who doesn’t seem at all to be infatuated by the NBA and its riches, and indicates that he is happy here? Or Pitino...

Center to get an update on the future of three members of this year’s team. At this point, Pitino says Russ Smith and Gorgui Dieng will stay in the draft, while Chane Behanan will return to school. Did Russ Smith Make A Mistake Declaring For The NBA Draft?

gocards.com Is Russ ready? His dad told AP’s Gary Graves, “At this point, there’s no other reason for him to come back. He’s had two sound years and did it all. He could come back next year but it might jeopardize his health. You’ve got to strike while the iron is hot.” Here is a little opinion of mine: His team has just won the National Championship, and the junior had...

Rick Pitino decides on the tattoo he will get commemorating Louisville’s 2013 title

After winning the 2013 national championship, Louisville coach Rick Pitino has settled on a tattoo design commemorating the big win.

Video: Final Four goes Taiwanese

We think it is only appropriate to wrap up coverage of this year’s Final Four, which saw Louisville win their third National Title by defeating Michigan in the Championship Game. This isn’t nearly as funny as their past ventures, but we thoroughly enjoyed how it highlights Spike Albrecht’s crazy first half as he filled in for Trey Burke who sat out with foul trouble: Awesome...

Lets Relive Louisville’s National Championship

It still doesn’t seem real. The Louisville Cardinals are your 2013 National Champions. I don’t think it’s hit me just yet. More than 24-hours later, I’m still not sure exactly what to do now. I’m not ready to start talking about next season just yet, so let’s relive Monday night’s game in Gif form. Trez & Chane hug it out. That’s a championship bromance right...
