Louisville’s 64-38 victory over South Florida is the 10th straight victory for the Cards.
The Bulls 38 points is the lowest ever in USF history and ties with the Cards match-up against College of Charleston for the fewest allowed this season.
Senior point guard Peyton Siva scored 17 points en route to joining Louisville’s all time career 1000 point scorers. The UofL program is second in the country for 1000 point scorers only behind the North Carolina Tar Heels.
For the second time this season Louisville finished with just six assists. Prior to today’s meeting this team averaged 15.5 assists per game for 48th in the country.
The Cards had a 26 rebound advantage finishing with 48 to the Bulls’ 22. Nineteen of the 48 rebounds for Louisville were offensive boards.
