Clemson will face Georgia Tech in Atlanta on Tuesday. The game will be played at Philips Arena, the site of the 2012 ACC Tournament in a couple of weeks. Clemson and Georgia Tech will tip off at 7 PM in a game televised by the ACC's Regional Sports Network.

The No. 17/20 Georgia Tech softball team (7-3) is coming off of a 3-2 week including victories over Furman (4-2 and 8-2) and No. 4 Oklahoma (1-0), and some battles between Tech and SEC powerhouses in No. 2 Alabama (L, 9-12) and Auburn (L, 5-12).
Alpharetta, Ga. defensive end Carl Lawson has plenty of suitors, but until his Monday afternoon visit to the Flats, he wasn’t seriously considering the Yellow Jackets. That all changed when he had a chance to see everything Georgia Tech had to offer.

The sellout crowds and electricity that attended Georgia Tech basketball when James Forrest played for the Yellow Jackets are missing.
Forrest, though, is not. The Tech great plans to be in attendance Tuesday when the Jackets play Clemson at Philips Arena.
