First, Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel of Texas A&M tweeted his support to Mississippi’s Marshall Henderson on Saturday. It was pretty much a “haters gonna hate” tweet from Johnny Football to the antihero of the 2013 NCAA tournament: .@nativeflash22 Keep hoopin and don’t listen all the BS. Keep the green light green! — Johnny Manziel (@JManziel2) March 23, 2013 After hitting the Kansas City bars on Friday and talking with Charles Barkley on Saturday, Henderson responded a few hours before he played the biggest game of his basketball career against La Salle in Kansas City Sunday night. @jmanziel2 preciate ya big dog!!! ima be in college station for chili fest if we dont make the final 4, gonna have ta link up — marshall henderson (@NativeFlash22) March 24, 2013 Marshall Henderson and Johnny Manziel are going to bro-down during a man-date at Chilifest in Snook, Texas on April 6. (Unless, you know, Ole Miss makes the Final Four — how about Henderson’s nonchalance with that reference?) That meeting — the entire weekend, in fact — needs to be filmed and documented. Somebody call Gronk! There is no normal explanation as to why Rob Gronkowski hasn’t been looped into this scheme. He won’t be busy on April 6.
