Jet Chang couldn’t get going. As a result, BYU had little trouble disposing of BYU-Hawaii on Tuesday night at the Marriott Center. Davies finished with 25 points, nine rebounds and two blocked shots to lead the Cougars to an easy 73-52 victory over the Seasiders. Jimmer Fredette's dog Halloween costume

I don’t know of too many people who considered Jimmer Fredette to be a dude before this atrocity, but whatever bro points he may have had are now gone. We already had a pretty good idea that Jimmer was whipped by his girl, Whitney Wonnacott, but now it’s official. Jimmer’s girl literally has him on [...]

BYU 73, BYU-Hawaii 52

Brandon Davies scored 14 of BYU's first 21 points and finished with 25 as the Cougars cruised to a 73-52 victory over Division II BYU-Hawaii on Tuesday night in their home opener. The junior center started 6 of 6 and had more points at halftime (14) than he did in BYU's season-opening loss at Utah State (13) on Friday. Jet Chang and Jake Dastrup led the Seasiders with 12...

Van Noy Lays It All Out on the Line In Pendleton’s Absence

In the first game since it was announced that Brigham Young Cougars outside linebacker Jordan Pendleton would miss the rest of the season with a knee injury, fellow outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy paid tribute to Pendleton in a way only he could--with some Van Noise. The sophomore linebacker played, arguably, his best game of the season. He recorded a career high 10 tackles (9 solo...

Riley Nelson Should Start When Healthy

The quarterback position is, once again, the center of attention for the Brigham Young Cougars. Against Idaho, junior Riley Nelson, who had started the last five games, left the game in the first quarter with a broken rib and pneumothorax. Sophomore Jake Heaps, who started the first five games, played well in Nelson’s absence, and BYU cruised to a 42-7 victory. In Cougar Nation...
