The Victory Formation:
The NCAA doesn’t recognize the Final Four runs of the Fab Five, so technically, Michigan is making their first appearance in the Final Four since wining it all back in 1989. That being said, you would think a huge newspaper like the New York Times wouldn’t make a mistake, right? Doh! Look, we know that MSU has been to many more Final Fours over the years, and it is odd to not see them there this year, but that is no excuse. Not sure which fan base this bothers more? Probably Spartan fans who are not very proud of their sister school whose season hasn’t come to an end. H/T @darrenrovell

Spike Albrecht shined while Trey Burke sat.
