University of Louisville guard Russ Smith with represent the United States with a 12-member basketball squad of collegiate players in an international competition in Europe this week. The team, named the East Coast All Stars, will compete against foreign players on national teams from Belarus, Estonia, and the Slovak Republic in the 2013 Four Nations Cup in Tallinn, Estonia on July 25-27.
