Aaron Cosby scored 19 points and Fuquan Edwin finished with 15 as Seton Hall never trailed in its 76-49 victory over Maine on Wednesday night.
Seton Hall (4-1), meeting Maine (0-4) for the first time, improved its record against America East Conference opponents to 13-1. The Big East team hasn't lost a game to an America East squad since 1963.
Cosby, a sophomore guard, scored seven points and handed out an assist during a decisive 11-1 run in the second half.
Seton Hall led 46-33 when Cosby started the run with a layup. He later hit a 3-pointer and a layup in the burst and was credited with the assist on Brian Oliver's jumper that pushed the Pirates' advantage to 55-34 with 10:22 left.
Cosby, who scored 12 points in the second half, finished with four 3-pointers.
