Ramone Moore scored 23 points as Temple beat Wichita State 78-74 in overtime Sunday in the third-place game of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off tournament. Juan Fernandez added 15 points, including the tying 3-pointer in the final minute of regulation, for the Owls (3-1). Micheal Eric had 14 points and 12 rebounds and Khalif Wyatt scored 13 points for Temple. Toure Murry led Wichita State (2-2) with 24 points. Garrett Stutz had 13 points and 14 rebounds for the Shockers. Murry's 3-pointer with 1:03 to play in regulation gave the Shockers their biggest lead at 64-61, but Fernandez's 3-pointer with 43 seconds left tied it. Fernandez finished 4 for 8 from behind the arc.
