Winthrop forward suspended indefinitely

Sporting News staff reports Winthrop forward Charles Corbin has been suspended indefinitely for disciplinary has been suspended indefinitely for disciplinary reasons, according to the (Rock Hill, S.C.) Herald. The junior started a majority of games for the Eagles last year and led the team in scoring and rebounding last season. The Winthrop athletic department issued a release that was scant on details, the Herald reported. Head coach Randy Peele declined to comment. Corbin will continue to practice with the team.
