After beating Puerto Rico 112-86 on Friday night, USA Basketball announced their 12-man roster for the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup in Spain. Amongst the final 12 players are two former UConn Huskies basketball players in Andre Drummond and Rudy Gay.

During last night’s Team USA exhibition against the Dominican Republic, former UConn Huskies basketball and current Detroit Pistons player Andre Drummond threw down a one-handed alley oop off a pass from DeMar DeRozan.
Technically, Andre Drummond could still be playing college basketball. But the talented big man, now playing for the Detroit Pistons, left UConn after one season for the NBA.
