LSU Defeats Arkansas in SEC Tournament
The first day of the SEC tournament saw an improved LSU basketball team get their first tournament win since 2009. The 8th seeded Tigers up-ended the 9th seeded Arkansas Razorbacks by a score of 70-54. LSU was led by freshman phenom Johnny O'Bryant who scored a team best 18 points and snagged a team best 11 rebounds.

LSU game winning shot in overtime vs #23 Mississippi State
LSU has been terrible. But on Tuesday, at home, Anthony Hickey changed that against #23 Mississippi State. At least for one night. The final was 69-67, and the Bulldogs have now lost consecutive games to bottom feeders Georgia and LSU, both in overtime.
