BC guard Joe Rahon will transfer to Saint Mary’s

Boston College confirmed Monday that Joe Rahon, a sophomore guard on the basketball team, has decided to transfer to Saint Mary’s. Rahon, of San Diego, ranked as the team’s No. 3 scorer last season at 9.0 points per game. He was preceded in his decision to leave BC by junior forward Ryan Anderson, who also is transferring after an 8-24 campaign and a coaching change at The Heights.
