Greenberg staying, JT Thompson out at Virginia Tech
Seth Greenberg reportedly "scoffed" at the rumor that he might be headed to SMU. While Greenberg will be staying, JT Thompson who has been sidelined the last 2 seasons with knee injuries is on his way out.

Va. Tech's Thompson out with torn ACL
Virginia Tech forward J.T. Thompson, who sat out last season with a torn ACL in his left knee, has now torn the ACL in his right knee and will miss his second straight year, the school announced Thursday.
The 21-year-old senior was injured Wednesday in practice and is set to undergo surgery to repair the damage.

JT Thompson Suffers Another Torn ACL, Out for Season
Virginia Tech's JT Thompson was set to make his senior season a special one after missing last year due to a left ACL tear. His senior season will be delayed one more year (provided he gets a 6th year of eligibilty) as he has torn the ACL in his right knee.
