Khris Middleton returned to the lineup after missing the previous seven games with a torn meniscus in his right knee and scored 24 points to help No. 22 Texas A&M beat Louisiana-Monroe 67-54 Saturday night. Texas A&M F Middleton out 3-4 weeks (AP)
Texas A&M junior forward Khris Middleton will miss 3-4 weeks after undergoing surgery Friday to repair a partially torn right meniscus. The 6-foot-7, 210-pound Middleton hurt his knee in the first half of Wednesday's 81-59 win over Liberty. An MRI exam showed the tear, after the team's medical staff initially thought Middleton had hurt his hamstring.
