Ohio State junior LaQuinton Ross will forgo his senior season to declare for the 2014 NBA Draft, the school announced Friday. Ross, a 6’8″ forward, led the Buckeyes in scoring and rebounding this season, averaging 15.2 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. He also drained 42 3-pointers, good for second on the team.

Ohio State's LaQuinton Ross made it official Friday as the school issued a release saying Ross will give up his final year of eligibility to pursue a professional career.
Ross was Ohio State's leading scorer last season and his emergence played a key role in the Buckeyes getting to the Elite Eight last season.
