Trailing 61-60 with 2:22 left, the Bulls (19-9, 12-4 Mid-American Conference) went on an 8-3 run the rest of the way. Watt started the spurt with a free throw and two jump shots, the last putting Buffalo ahead for good, 65-64, with 35 seconds to play.

Mitchell Watt scored 28 points and Zach Filzen had a big second half in Buffalo's 84-74 victory Saturday over Miami (Ohio) in Mid-American Conference action.

Falcons lose 2nd straight heartbreaker at home...
For the second straight home game, the Falcons lost a last-second heartbreaker. It is extremely disappointing....you turn those two around and this team is 4-1 and we're feeling really good. But those two don't turn around, they are what they are, and the team is 2-3 and only four of the last 9 at home. Our cross-over road games are against the better teams in the West...

UB Falls Short Against BYU
Buffalo got off to a fast start, leading 17-8 less than five minutes in, but was unable to maintain their early momentum as they fell short in their upset bid vs. BYU 93-78 on Tuesday night.

Zack Filzen Leads Bulls to Impressive Road Victory Over Dayton
Zack Filzen scored a season high 24 points and UB put together one of their best efforts of their young season as they crushed Dayton 84-55 Wednesday night.

For the second time in the last five days, a Buffalo Big 4 team has defeated the Cornell Big Red.
