Experience Factor
Peyton Siva says the experience Louisville gained during an unexpected run to the Final Four should help the Cardinals live up to lofty expectations next season -- if Rick Pitino's young standouts stay hungry and driven during the off-season.

Pitino Names Horses After Siva & Dieng
University of Louisville head basketball coach Rick Pitino has always professed his admiration for Peyton Siva and Gorgui Deing who are his star point guard and center respectively. Now he finally found a way to prove it.

Rick Pitino named his new horses after Peyton Siva and Gorgui Dieng
Most of us are familiar with Rick Pitino the championship-winning college basketball coach, but very few of us know Rick Pitino the horse enthusiast. Two of Pitino’s horses are currently being trained by thoroughbred trainer Randy Bradshaw, and he recently asked the Louisville coach for help in naming the pair of two-year-old colts. Natually, Pitino named them after his players...

Peyton Siva & Luke Hancock Named Team Captains For Next Season
During Rick Pitino’s season ending press conference Monday afternoon, your 2012-2013 season captains were named. Senior Peyton Siva and George Mason transfer Luke Hancock.
Peyton Siva comes at no real surprise as he comes off the 2011-12 season holding that same title. Siva had a rough go at it throughout much of the regular season but really put it together for the Cards...

Siva was never going anywhere
The idea of Peyton Siva leaving early hadn’t occurred to anyone we know, probably not even him. He’s still got much to accomplish at the University of Louisville. But someone thought they had to ask the question, catching Siva at the Derby Festival’s Night of the Future Stars in New Albany. He responded as expected, adding that’s everyone’s coming back...

Siva taking reins as Louisville leader
Peyton Siva grew up in Seattle, Wash., more than 2,000 miles from the crazed basketball passion that occupies the state of Kentucky. Until he played in the 2009 Derby Festival Classic All-Star game in Louisville's Freedom Hall, he had no clue regarding the extreme commitment that separates Louisville fans from Kentucky fans.

Video: Peyton Siva Shares A Special Bond With His Father
I encourage everyone to take four minutes out of their day and watch this video. Chip Cosby and CN|2 Sports were in New York City last week covering Louisville’s miraculous run to the Big East Championship. Chip caught up with Peyton Siva Sr. to talk about the special bond he shares with his son.
Am I the only one who wanted to run and hug my father after watching this?

Peyton Siva Will Travel To Familiar Territory This Week
The Cards will travel 1,958 miles to Portland, Oregon this week to play Davidson in the first round of the NCAA tournament. Considering the distance and cost of a plane ticket, I doubt there will be a lot of Louisvillians making the trip out west. Trust me, I don’t blame you. While I think Louisville landed in the best possible region, the location couldn’t get much worse.
Just...

Siva points Louisville to Big East title
A freshly cut net draped around his neck, Louisville junior guard Peyton Siva clutched the Big East tournament MVP trophy.
Not bad for a player who nearly was forced to grab something else a few weeks back by Louisville coach Rick Pitino: A spot on the bench. It's not clear what a healthy, confident and composed Siva will mean to the Cardinals come NCAA tournament time, but...

Louisville’s Peyton Siva Grabbing His Teammates Ass
Had to throw this up tonight because guys on Twitter are going nuts over Louisville guard Peyton Siva giving his teammate Chane Behanan some ass grab action during a timeout in a Syracuse victory at Freedom Hall or whatever they’re calling that arena these days. Yes, that’s a long sentence. It’s getting late, so f-off.
Anyway, our Twitter followers want to know...
