The Rice Owls hired former Cal basketball coach Ben Braun today to lead their program on the rebuilding path. Rice is a horrible basketball school, but you can't deny Braun is a perfect fit for these guys because Rice is a highly academic school much like Cal (not on the same level of course).   more...
