Seriously though…is Colorado going for a 2008 UW-style 0-fer? I better get a picture of Jon Embree up while I still can.
Ok, I feel better now.
In other news, Stanford made it four in a row over Troy. I guess they may stick around after Luck? Arizona State and Cal kept their out of conference road games surprisingly close. The Pac-12 is deeeeep this year. Nothing easy, as it should be in America’s premier SEC alternative slash best offensive conference in major college football.

BEST OF MAXIM
Boulder, CO. The University of Colorado football team has reached what may be the lowest point in school history. With losses to in state rival Colorado State and embarrassing upsets at the hands of Sacramento State and a blowout by Fresno State, the CU buffs are spiraling. Head coach Jon Embree is feeling the lack of good recruits and may be losing new recruits on a daily basis...
Colorado's fiery former coach didn't take long to raise his voice as he came to the defense of Jon Embree.
Unsolicited, Bill McCartney stood in front of a group of boosters on Tuesday, imploring - no, demanding - that fans give the second-year CU coach some breathing room.

The Bulldogs, who had looked fairly tame before that point, roasted CU for 55 points...in the first half.

Ranking coaches on job security was a heck of a lot more fun when we had Mike Locksley and Ron Prince to beat up on.
Outside of Arkansas’ John L. Smith, it’s not as much fun to ridicule the lackluster job being done by those on our recent top 10 coaches on the hot...
PULLMAN – SEVERAL YOUNG PLAYERS got a chance to make an impression during Thursday’s scrimmage as simulated noise flooded Martin Stadium in preparation for this weekend’s battle with the Colorado Buffaloes.
Really, it was a miracle that Colorado defeated
Washington State Saturday in Pullman, Washington.
The Buffalos were down by 17 mid-way through the
fourth quarter. Then the Buffs offense
went nuts with three touchdowns in the final 7:06 to stun the Cougars 35-34.
Here’s the video of Colorado quarterback Jordan Webb’s
four yard touchdown run on a designed draw with...
