Vinny Testaverde (pic) In a news release today, the National Football Foundation announced the 2013 College Football Hall of Fame Class. Three players selected were Heisman Trophy Winners - Ron Dayne, Vinny Testaverde, and Danny Wuerffel; Testaverde was the University of Miami's first Heisman and had a record of 23-3 as a starter for the Hurricanes. Ohio State offensive tackle Orlando Pace is another notable name to make the Hall of Fame.
