This quarterback crop coming out for the 2013 Draft really leaves much to be desired. You do not see too many franchise-changing QBs coming out this year. In most mock drafts you have West Virginia's Geno Smith, USC's Matt Barkley, Arkansas's Tyler Wilson, Syracuse's Ryan Nassib, and N.C. State's Mike Glennon as the top 5 quarterback prospects coming into this Draft.All of those quarterbacks have their upside but I think that there is a QB who is a definite sleeper in this Draft, especially given the current NFL quarterbacking climate.If I were an NFL general manager I would take a real hard look at Florida State's E.J. Manuel. Most mock drafts have him going in the third round of this year's NFL Draft.
