Injuries hit hard in the ACC, with four well-known players suffering injuries in weeks' prior or this past week that may have implications for their team's future as well as their future NFL Draft stock.

Still, no major injuries to be overly worried about, which is always great to see. Still, well-known talents like Sean Renfree, Brandon Oliver, Chris Gragg, Khaled Holmes, and Jeremiah Attaouch as well as others have some injury concerns to consider.

Sean Renfree, QB, Duke
Duke’s leader at quarterback is currently day to day after an injury to his right elbow he suffered this past weekend against Wake Forest. This comes after an MRI. He missed the rest of the game after the injury in the 3rd  quarter. While he hasn’t dominated or stepped up the way many evaluators expected, he still has a realistic outside shot at being drafted, especially if he can lead Duke to a bowl game and play well the rest of the season.

Jordan Hall, RB, Ohio State
The Buckeye running back left the game early against Michigan State after an injury to his right knee. The senior is currently listed as day to day, but Ohio State likely needs him back sooner rather than later if they hope to build off of the team’s win over Michigan State.

Brandon Oliver, RB, Buffalo (JR)
After missing the team’s game in week 5 vs. UConn, Oliver is still listed as questionable with a leg injury for the team’s Week 6 match against Ohio. Oliver has been impressive this year, and though I’d hope he doesn’t strongly consider declaring early, if he’s healthy and showcases that lower body leg drive that should make him at worse a backend rotation guy for a team’s run game, he may consider it.

Michael Campanaro, WR, Wake Forest (JR)
While playing for Wake Forest and being a slot receiver-only future NFL receiver, Michael Campanero is a fun to watch college receiver who makes the Wake Forest offense go. A broken hand suffered in the team’s loss to Duke could keep Campanaro out for at least the next week, but hopefully not much longer.

Chris Gragg, TE, Arkansas
Arkansas’s second leading receivers and among the best senior tight ends in the country, Gragg suffered a lower leg injury in the team’s Week 4 game and didn’t play against Texas A&M. He’s currently considered “questionable” for next week’s game, but the team will certainly be hoping to have him against an Auburn team that should be a tough test for Arkansas.

Jake Olson, OT, Central Michigan
After suffering a leg injury in the team’s week 2 game against Michigan State, Olson has yet to return for Central Michigan. While he’s not as talented as left tackle Eric Fisher, Olson flashes the physicality, extension, and hand placement to possibly play right tackle in the NFL with his 6’8 size. He’s currently listed as questionable for the Week 6 game against Toledo.

Khaled Holmes, OC, USC
Holmes had already missed one game with an ankle injury, but he reinjured that same ankle in Week 4 against California and is currently listed as questionable for the Week 6 game against Utah. Holmes is the clear cut best center in college football for us, and his loss seems to have a big impact on the offensive line’s cohesion when he does not play.

Kaleb Ramsey, DT, Boston College
After missing 10 games in 2011 with plantar fasciitis, Ramsey missed his second straight game with left foot injury. Our scout Jimmy O’Brien feels that Ramsey is the most under rated defensive tackle in the country and we currently have him as a 3rd round value. But these injury concerns will certainly hold him up from reaching the top three rounds for the NFL Draft.

Jeremiah Attaochu, OLB, Georgia Tech (JR)
One of the best pass rushers and future 3-4 outside linebackers talent-wise in college football in my opinion, Attaouchu missed the team’s game against Middle Tennessee State with an “undisclosed injury”. While it’s uncertain what that injury was at this point, it’s obvious to see that Georgia Tech needs their best pass rusher for future weeks.
