Congratulations to crp12qb for winning a $20 gift card to The M Den this week. His differential of 157 was the lowest so far this season. He was just three off of Denard’s total yards and three off of UMass’ passing yards. Additionally, he was the second-closest to Russell Bellomy and Devin Gardner’s combined passing yards, which ended up being somewhat of a trick question since Gardner didn’t see a snap at QB and Bellomy did but didn’t record a passing yard. One contestant, Mfan1974 “passed” that test, correctly predicting zero yards.
Week 1′s winner, HTTV133 was the closest on Michigan’s total yards, just 11 away, while Mfan1974 was the closest to Mike Cox’s rushing total, just three off.
We’re still looking for our first person to correctly predict the game score, although Mfan1974 was pretty darn close this week, predicting 66-10 (three high on Michigan and three low on UMass). Altogether, everyone picked Michigan (duh) by a combined score of 51-10. No one got Michigan’s 63 point total correct, while only kfarmer16 got UMass’ 13 right.
The Week 3 standings as well as the overall standings will be posted by tonight and you can find them on the right sidebar.
This week should provide a much tougher challenge on the field, but maybe a little bit easier to predict since it certainly won’t be a blowout. Good luck!
