Texas A&M continues to make news off the field for all the wrong reasons.
Victor Davis, a freshman defensive back, was called out by the Rosenberg Police Department on its official Twitter site (@RosenbergPolice) on its Rosenberg Shoplifters Most Unwanted page Saturday as well as on Facebook.
The page listed six people who have been arrested for shoplifting in Rosenberg in the last two weeks. Under Davis' picture, it was listed as he shoplifted at a Kohl's department store.
Davis, who went to Terry High School in Rosenberg, redshirted last season. He was a three-star recruit out of high school and chose A&M over Alabama and Oklahoma State according the A&M football site.
When the Aggies released their depth chart last week at the SEC media days, Davis was listed as the No. 2 cornerback behind preseason all-conference pick Deshazor Everett.
