The first of the college all-star games was played Monday night in Tucson, and it included three Penn State players. The Casino Del Sol All-Star Game came down to the wire as the Stripes (West) edged the Stars (East) in a thriller. Penn State running back Stephfon Green dropped a couple passes and threw an interception on a halfback pass in the losing effort. Matt Elder, director of scouting for Buffalo Bills Draft, shared his notes on Green, offensive lineman Quinn Barham and safety Drew Astorino with Examiner.com. Read what he had to say here. Also, be sure to read Optimum Scouting's thoughts on Penn State players in the East-West Shrine Game (Nick Sukay) and Senior Bowl (Devon Still, Johnnie Troutman, Jack Crawford, D'Anton Lynn).
