The Louisville football program picked up their thirteenth and fourteenth verbal commitments from the 2014 class over the weekend. Charlie Strong received a verbal commitment from three-star wide receiver George Rushing Friday night. Isaiah Ford, also a three-star receiver, made his verbal pledge to Louisville on Saturday afternoon. Rushing, a 6-foot, 180-pound Fort Lauderdale, FL., native chose Louisville over Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and Northern Illinois. He holds from Ole Miss, Illinois, Marshall, and Boston College among others. Ford, a 6-foot-2, 170-pound prospect from Jacksonville, FL., chose Louisville over a number of elite level programs. He holds scholarship offers from Arkansas, South Carolina, West Virginia, Oregon, Mississippi State, Michigan State, Florida and Florida State among others.
