And as I do before every big USC game, I had to have my buddy Pedro Moura of ESPN LA on to discuss all the comings and goings around the Trojans program. No one knows this team better than Pedro and earlier this week, we discussed the following:
- The irony around last year’s 50-0 USC win. For UCLA it seems like it was the best thing to ever happen to them, and for USC, you could ...

LOS ANGELES --- T.J. McDonald is a USC Trojan through and through.
When he was "younger than I can remember" one of his most prized possessions was a USC sweatsuit. It was the first sweatsuit he ever owned and he loved it.
The fact that the letters U, S, and C were on it couldn't make him happier, and he always loved USC. As he puts it, he's living a dream. After...
The USC Trojans were expecting big things in 2012. They had Heisman Trophy favorite Matt Barkley back at quarterback to lead them back to a BCS Championship, as well as an experienced and talented wide receiving corps plus a top running back transfer in Silas Redd from the Penn State Nittany Lions. Everything seemed to be lining up for Lane Kiffin to lead USC to a national championship...
USC Coach Lane Kiffin spoke with the media following Wednesday's practice as the No. 21 Trojans prepare for No. 17 UCLA.
USC Coach Lane Kiffin speaks with the media following Thursday's practice as the No. 21 Trojans prepare to play No. 17 UCLA.
The UCLA Bruins and the USC Trojans play one another this weekend. Unlike years past, the Bruins have a legit shot at beating the Kiffikins. So you can’t fault the students living in the dorms for some trash talk prior to it. They were very creative this year. Have to say, I can’t disagree. And [...]
Quinton Patton La. Tech Today is the release of the College Football Universe Offense All-America Team and my official nominations for the FWAA All-America Team. Special teams players are included as well. Even though the SEC had the most players listed with six (two on special teams). There are no skill players from the SEC listed as an All-American other than in special team...

The importance of having a post presence in basketball can’t be understated. Yeah, sure, teams have won in the past, and will continue to win, with sharp-shooting guards or slashing forwards, but having a big man who you can dump the ball down to, who can create second chance opportunities, and who can defend the rim is a game-changer – something that...
LOS ANGELES -- Matt Barkley can sum up his time in the UCLA rivalry in six words.
Crazy ending. Hurt ankle. And Blowout, Barkley said.
Simple and to the point, each description gives short detail to each of the three previous meetings.
As Barkley and the No. 18 Trojans prepare to visit No. 17 UCLA at the Rose Bowl this Saturday, there are other words the can be used to describe...
Bragging rights in Los Angeles and a spot in the Pac-12 Championship will be on the line when USC and UCLA meet on Saturday afternoon. This season...
A year ago, Matt Barkley and Southern California walloped UCLA to extend their dominance of the Victory Bell.
The Bruins would like to return the favor as they try to continue their return to national relevance.
Meeting for the first time as ranked opponents in seven years, the No. 21 Trojans look to beat No. 17 UCLA for the 13th time in 14 tries Saturday with the Pac-12 South...
