Northwestern junior quarterback Kain Colter was tabbed the Big Ten's Co-Offensive Player of the Week, following his impressive performance against the Indiana Hoosiers.

Why the heck are we covering Northwestern versus Indiana, right? Well, it's simple. By losing 44-29 to Northwestern Indiana just set the record for most losses ever by a FBS team, losing their 633rd game all time. They did it in record setting fashion as well, and by record setting I mean record setting for the Wildcats.

Northwestern's two-quarterback system took a unique form on Saturday with Kain Colter lining up as a receiver for much of the contest. The success is a positive sign, but the best could be yet to come.
In their 44-29 victory over Indiana Saturday, Northwestern had an extremely balanced attack on offense: accruing 310 yards passing and 394 yards rushing (704 overall on 93 plays). The first and only 700 yard total offense day in school history just says so much about how a very bad Hoosier defense was just so over-matched all day.
