Found March 09, 2012 on The Victory Formation:

Pierce Richardson was just having a normal college weekend of debauchery. Unfortunately, it ended in front of police.

The redshirt freshman TE for the Iowa State Cyclones was reportedly passed out on the third floorhallway at the Chamberlain Lofts complex. The police were called to deal with the 6’4 230LB football player, and when they arrived, they shook him to wake him up. Obviously drunk, he didn’t listen to police instructions to stay on the ground. Instead, he shoved the cop aside and stood up. He was told repeatedly to get back down and he still ignored the order. Then he decided to angry like the Hulk, and the cop took him down with his taser.

The officer told Richardson to stop and then deployed his Taser, causing Richardson to fall to the ground. Richardson continued to resist arrest by putting his arms under his body until several officers arrived and forced his arms behind his back in order to handcuff him.
The officer noted that Richardson, 20, displayed poor balance; watery, bloodshot eyes; and slurred speech. Richardson consented to a preliminary breath test and registered a .169 blood alcohol level.

The Cali boy was sent to lockup and posted bail later that morning. But he also found that he had been suspended.
