No charges will be filed against Texas Longhorns Case McCoy and Jordan Hicks. Both McCoy and Hicks were suspended from the team on December 28th prior to the Alamo Bowl for allegedly being involved in a sexual assault. The decision comes just two weeks after both players lawyers issued statements that there would be no charges filed against their clients, even though the San Antonio PD proclaimed that the investigation was still open. Both players were reinstated to the team by coach Mack Brown earlier this month.
