Charlie Strong and his staff don’t elaborate much when it comes to injuries. When a player is injured there usually isn’t a formal release or anything of that nature. Most of the time news leaks out about a player who may be banged up or the media just notices when certain players are held out of practice. With the Cards heading into their last two-a-day practice sessions on Tuesday, here is what we know regarding injuries.
Damian Copeland: Cope was held out of Sunday’s open practice. Charlie Strong said on Sunday that his injury was “day-to-day” and he expected Copeland to return to practice this week.
Ryan Hubbell: During Sunday’s practice, Hubbell was seen wearing a green “non-contact” jersey; however he participated in the entire practice and looked fine. I’m assuming he was held out of contact for precautionary reasons.
Terell Floyd: Late last week, Floyd had Louisville fans slightly worried after he posted on his Twitter account that he was getting an MRI. Fortunately, the MRI...
