Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher has granted sophomore linebacker Jeff Luc his release. Kansas State is rumored to be the next landing spot for the former 4-star recruit, but Louisville is also reportedly in the mix as well. Luc was a high school teammate of current Louisville linebacker Deon Rogers at Treasure Coast High School in Port St. Lucie, FL.  Luc was a 2009 USA Today High School All-American selection. He played in just seven games in 2011, recording 15 total tackles. Luc would have to sit out next season and would be eligible in 2013.
