A spokesman for the University of Oregon Athletic Department confirmed on Friday that Head Coach Chip Kelly has named redshirt freshman Marcus Mariota as the starting quarterback for the 2012 Ducks. Oregon concluded fall camp on Thursday and will hold the annual fan day on Saturday.
