Mississippi State unveiled its new uniforms for the Egg Bowl against Ole Miss. The design is very new age but looks out of the ordinary. Recently, Mississippi State has one their rivalry games against Ole Miss especially since head coach Dan Mullen has taken over. Miss State defeated the Auburn Tigers earlier in the season and actually has a chance to make some waves in the SEC West which is known for it’s brutal schedule. Dan Mullen may have a shot to turn that program around. Until then, we can look at how cool their helmets are.

Mississippi State Bulldogs head football coach Dan Mullen recently won a wing eating contest at a local Buffalo Wild Wings.
As the head football coach of Mississippi State, I’m sure Dan Mullen preaches to his players that they need to play hard for 60 minutes. Thursday night, at a Starkville, Mississippi Buffalo Wild Wings, Mullen had to preach to himself to play hard for five minutes.

Mississippi State and Texas A&M last met in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2000 at the Independence Bowl. The game was a pretty memorable one due to the fact that there was a ridiculous amount of snow and it went into overtime. The Bulldogs ended up winning the game 43 – 41 and in honor of that game they will be wearing these sparkling white jerseys in their first SEC game against...
Mississippi State returned to work Tuesday, as part of the open-date schedule. Coach Dan Mullen has the Bulldogs on a short week of three practices, with the corresponding goals of A) keeping the veterans just sharp enough and B) giving the second and third teamers camp-style snaps for their development.
