America is all about second chances and that's exactly what TCU QB Casey Pachall is getting at the university and with the football team as he is reenrolled at the Fort Worth, TX university and will meet with his teammates as well to begin the process of acclimating to the team.  David Ubben, ESPN.com's Big 12 blogger is reporting that Pachall will be let back on the team and in the school because he completed both an in-patient and out-patient alcohol and drug treatment program and met with and got the o.k. from TCU's office of college life.  Last season Pachall had completed 66% of his passes for 983 yards with 10 touchdowns to just an interception before his arrest on a DUI charge. An arrest that ended his 2012 season and saw him enter rehab to straighten things out.
