For Penn State to secure the upset today, they will need to get the offense going. Will James Franklin elect to go with Kaytron Allen to start today’s game against Michigan? Also, if the Nittany Lions can get a special teams touchdown that would certainly increase their odds of victory. But will Daequan Hardy return punts against Michigan this afternoon?
