Same thing as what we did with Stephon Gilmore, we do it with Cordy Glenn. I reached out to the boys who cover Georgia at Leather Helmet Blog to talk Glenn. The writers are high on Glenn, but they don't exactly think he's a tackle.

1) What are his pros and weaknesses?
Let's start with weaknesses. Cordy has issues with outside speed rushers. He is not fast/agile off the ball enough to handle the athletic defensive tackles in the SEC consistently - but he should not have been forced to do so. He is a natural guard. Georgia had to play him at tackle due to attrition. The fact that he did so and earned All-America honors speaks to his talent and determination. .  I'm sure that he will be at guard in the NFL and will flourish. He is tough, intelligent, disciplined and dependable. Cordy is tied for most starts in UGA history with 50..

2) How does he handle speed and bull rushers?
He will be fine from either guard position. If the Bills are going to use him at tackle they have work to do with the outside speed rush. No one is going to run over him with a bull-rush..

3) What were some of the best games he played?
He was selected SEC Lineman of the Week after the 2011 Florida game and he played an outstanding game in the crushing defeat of Auburn last season.

4) Some experts say Glenn is better suited at guard and don't like his feet, do you agree and why?
I guess I've already answered this question. I will be very very surprised to learn that Glenn has become a starter at tackle for the Bills (Joe's note: Buddy pretty much said he's playing OT). He is a natural guard and will excel in the interior of the line..

5) What type of character is he?
Excellent character guy - good student and citizen. The only off field headlines he will make will be for whatever local civic or charitable groups he gets involved with.

6) The Bills love playing the spread and having 5 blockers back there, how do you think Glenn will adjust to that?
Glenn is long and very powerful. He will adapt to the offensive style as long as he is properly used (inside). I don't know much about the Bill's system but Glenn runs well. If they trap or pull guards for pass protection, he will be a natural.

7) Any unique things you can say about him that Bills fans should know about?
Durability. He never missed a start due to injury at UGA.

8) Can he start from day 1?
Yes, at guard or possibly right tackle - but, as I've said several times, he is a natural guard.
