The University of Oregon athletic department admits that its football program violated NCAA recruiting rules over the last four years, according to the Register-Guard. The school released documents to news organizations Friday as part of a public records request. The Ducks acknowledged the use of three scouting services in ways that violated NCAA rules. The school also admitted to exceeding the permissible number of coaches involved in recruiting at any one time.
