Jackson Rice is a pivotal part of the Oregon Ducks, even though he doesn't get to practice his art very often because of the nature of Oregon's high scoring offense. On Wednesday however, the Augusta Sports Council named Rice one of 25 players to the 2012 Ray Guy Award Watch List for the top collegiate punter in the country.
