• Jayden Quaintance, a 5-star center (basketball) and top-10 prospect for the class of 2024, has reportedly narrowed his choices down to Mizzou and Kentucky.

• With a win today against the Volunteers, Mizzou football could become the first team to beat all four Tennessee FBS teams in one season (Middle Tennessee State, Memphis, Vanderbilt, Tennessee).

• Mizzou volleyball has won three straight at home after Friday’s victory. They’ll be back at the Hearnes Center this Sunday to take on No. 24 Auburn at 3 p.m.

On this date in Mizzou history:

November 11, 2017: Drew Lock throws for four touchdowns to lead Missouri to a 50-17 victory over Tennessee, the last time the Tigers defeated the Volunteers in Columbia. Running back Ish Witter had a career-best 216 rushing yards along with one rushing touchdown. Running back Larry Rountree also had 155 rushing yards.
