Watch: Juan Soto's first multi-homer game as a Yankee

Juan Soto did everything he could to help New York win their sixth straight game on Saturday. In going 4-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in a 6-1 win, it was Soto's first multi-homer game as a Yankee.

Soto's first homer of the day occurred with one out on a 3-1 pitch from Chicago's Brad Keller in the first inning and tied the game at 1. It traveled an estimated 417 feet and came off the bat at 112.5 miles per hour.

Soto's second home run, leading off the fifth, stretched the Yankees' lead to five runs. That also was off of Keller and came on a 0-1 pitch. As impressive as his first homer was, this one was estimated to be 20 feet farther, 437 feet, and an exit velocity of 110.2 mph.

Soto sandwiched an RBI single in the second between the two big flies. He has 11 home runs, 37 RBI, a .313 batting average and a .970 OPS this season.

As of Saturday afternoon, the Yankees hold a 1.5-game lead over the Baltimore Orioles for first place in the AL East.
