Sporting News staff reports Tulane coach Bob Toledo says redshirt freshman Ryan Griffin will replace sophomore Joe Kemp at quarterback for Saturday's game at Southern Miss. Kemp has started all six games but has been relieved in all four of the team's losses, once by junior Kevin Moore and three times by Griffin. "You're bringing in a young guy to replace a young guy, and unfortunately, young guys make mistakes," Toledo said in a report by The Advocate of Baton Rouge. "All you can hope for is that Ryan will give us a spark."
