Former Rutgers defensive tackle Eric LeGrand inspired the crowd at the ESPY Awards as he received the Jimmy V Perseverance Award.
LeGrand took the stage Wednesday night at the ESPYs and delivered a tear-jerking speech that chronicled how he felt after he suffered the injury on the field. He said he wasn't sure if he was going to die on the field or what would happen next.
