LOS ANGELES Two talented high school football players - linebacker Scott Starr of Norco (Calif.) High and offensive tackle Chad Wheeler of Santa Monica (Calif.) High - have signed with USC, head coach Lane Kiffin announced Wednesday. Both Starr and Wheeler will graduate from high school a semester early in order to enroll at USC in January as freshmen and participate in 2012 spring practice.
