Washington quarterback Keith Price is uncertain how long he'll be sidelined after leaving the Huskies' game against No. 13 UCLA at halftime Friday night with an injured shoulder. Price will have an MRI on his shoulder Saturday in Seattle after the Huskies (6-4, 3-4 Pac-12) return home from their 41-31 loss. X-rays on Price's shoulder revealed nothing, and the three-year starter tried to remain optimistic he'll be able to play in Washington's final two regular season games, against Oregon State and Washington State. ''I thought I was going to be able to keep on going (against UCLA),'' Price said. ''It's unfortunate. I'm disappointed, and it hurts. ... I'm proud of the way the guys competed at the end, (but) it's kind of hard playing without your starting quarterback.'' Price was 10 for 18 for 181 yards and a TD pass to Jaydon Mickens, keeping the Huskies competitive after they fell behind 14-0 in the opening minu...

Washington QB Keith Price out with shoulder injury

Washington quarterback Keith Price has left the Huskies' game against No. 13 UCLA at halftime with an injured shoulder. Backup Cyler Miles took over on the first drive of the second half Friday night for the Huskies, who trailed 27-17. Price apparently was hurt on his final snap of the first half, leaving the field holding his arm. He attempted to warm up on the sideline after...

A personal foul penalty called in the second quarter cost the Washington Huskies a touchdown against the UCLA Bruins on Friday night, hurting the Huskies’ chances at a comeback. Washington was down 27-7 and had the ball at the Bruins’ 38 when the penalty was called. Keith Price threw a touchdown pass on a 1st-and-10 […]

UC Irvine take down Washington 86-72

The tallest NCAA player came up big on Thursday night, when 7-foot-6 freshman Mamadou Ndiaye scored 18 points, added nine blocks and eight rebounds to lead UC Irvine to an 86-72 win over host Washington. Ndiaye closed out the first half with a traditional three-point play to put UCI (1-2) ahead 38-36, then he had an emphatic dunk to spark a 19-3 run over the opening 5 1/2 minutes...

Anteaters Crawl All Over UW

SEATTLE - Forget about Mamadou N'Diaye just being a novelty. UC-Irvine used his 18 points and eight rebounds - as well as every inch of his 7-foot-6 frame on defense - to lead the Anteaters to a thorough 86-72 victory over the Washington Huskies Thursday night at Alaska Airlines Arena.

NCAA Football Week12 Upset Alert: No.13 UCLA Bruins

My first team on upset alert is the No.13 UCLA Bruins. They take on the Washington Huskies. It is going to be a tough game as both teams are very talented. UCLA got off to a hot start this year but they ran into injures and lost two straight games. Washington was a top 15 team at one point but three straight losses took them out of the top 25. For Washington to win this game they’re...
