Coming into Saturday night's SEC opener for the Missouri Tigers against the seventh ranked Georgia Bulldogs, there was plenty of hype about the game. Many were hoping for a Mizzou upset behind an underrated defense and a high powered offense.
One of the members of that offense also has been hyped plenty over the last twelve months. Many were hoping that prized recruit, freshman wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, would break out on national television and show the world why so many schools coveted the six foot, six inch, 220 pound standout.
Unfortunately, Green-Beckham was nowhere to be found.
Green-Beckham pulled in just one catch for five yards on a first half slant pattern and otherwise was held in check by the impressive Georgia Bulldogs defense.
Green-Beckham is just freshman, so maybe he folded...
