Earlier this month, Virginia Tech’s starting whip linebacker, Jeron Gouveia-Winslow, went down with a season-ending foot injury. Gouveia-Winslow’s replacement, Alonzo Tweedy (pictured), went down with an ankle injury this past weekend. Virginia Tech says starting outside linebacker Jeron Gouviea-Winslow will miss the remainder of the season with a sprained left foot.
